The training calendars for the start of the school year have been posted to under the Practice Schedule.  Please note there are three training plan options:

  • New Athletes – this if for athletes new to XC and who are just getting started.
  • XC Build Up – this calendar is for returning athletes who have not been able to put in significant running over the Summer and are looking to build up their mileage.
  • CIF – this is for athletes who have put in constant training over the Summer and are prepared for the mileage listed in the description at the top of the calendar.
